Rosemary is an artist/writer/creator/coach, inspired by nature and colour recording by drawing, with her camera and in word. She says,
'My work evolves from my own visual experiences as well as what I sense and feel; often developing into a series of images; always combining my love of colour, shape, form, tone relationships and textures.'
The pieces she creates are both large and small scale, combining mixed media.
As a poet she may be inspired by her own paintings and in addition her poems can inspire her to paint!
Originally from S.E. she spent formative years in Shropshire, Manchester, The Peak District and Cheshire before moving near London. West Wales is where she's settled but she exhibits in many areas.
She describes her flow as being,
'The journey is both inwards and outwards. Living in the countryside of West Wales with its fabulous coastline and landscape, there is much richness of tone, texture and colour to add to my palette. I am influenced by many places including Pembrokeshire, Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Scotland and The Peak District of Derbyshire as well as America. I am fortunate to be able to pay visits to these places as well as travel to Europe which I also love.'
Rosemary feels she is an artist in 'constantly evolving' and over the years has been influenced by the teachings of such excellent artists h as Ashley Hanson, Stephen Paine, David Tress as well as Robin Child and the Masters too. Textile/ multi- media artists such as Kaffe Fassett and Grayson Perry have been an added inspiration.'
Recent exhibitions include Charles Roe House Cheshire, Barnaby Cheshire, Oriel Q Narberth, App Art Surrey, Surrey Open Studios, Jobling Gowler Gallery Cheshire, Pembrokeshire, Druidstone Hotel, Lewis Lewis St Clares ( ongoing), The Browns Hotel in Laugharne.
She has a solo exhibitions in various venues Pembrokeshire.

As a sensitive and intuitive she is able to paint pictures for individuals convalescing which support their healing.
